Our founder, Anne-Liese is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in teaching, facilitating, project management and coaching. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by successfully overseeing multiple teams in various industries.
Anne-Liese specializes in holistic leadership coaching, using the transformative approach of psychosynthesis. By combining this methodology with her profound understanding of human behaviour and development, she creates a nurturing and empowering environment for her clients. She helps individuals explore their personal and professional aspirations and guides them in taking practical steps to reach their full potential.
Anne-Liese is dedicated to fostering authentic personal growth and cultivating leadership excellence. With her meticulous guidance, you can embark on a journey of self-discovery, refine your innate abilities, and become a more whole version of yourself.
